Scheduled time delivery 10:50 attempted delivery at 9:35am just rang the doorbell & walked immediately back to truck & drove away by the time I had a chance to even open my door
If I could give 0 stars I would. Two packages in the last month. Both signature required. The 2nd one we PAID FOR SPECIALTY DELIVERY for a set time window. They delivered 2 hours before the window then said the "evening time passed" even though we requested it BEFORE THE WINDOW EVEN STARTED. A scam of a "FedEx". Never will ship with them as they will take your money then fail to deliver on their paid services.
The worst delivery service. Drivers will not follow delivery instructions. I’ve complained multiple times and nothing gets resolved. Their drivers are either lazy or stupid because they’re not reading delivery instructions.
