They are the worst . Don't even bother calling its a waste of time. Three days waiting for my package that says its in the truck will arrive by 10pm every day.
Sometimes I ask how fedex is even in business 🤷🏾♂️
Constant issues with undelivered or broken packages. A truly awful local hub. I recommend using literally any other company while in the Fort Myers area.
Horrible delivery service, carless and sloppy.
