It is only for package PU, but very easy to do. They have a phone at the gate that you pu and give them your information and they bring it out to your car

Rude and condescending blonde gal at gate that I asked simple question about mailing a package. Go back to the northeast. This is Florida.
They deserve 0 stars. Nothing but problems 90% of the time. Drivers claim delivery attempted even though they never came to our business. Deliveries made to the incorrect address, and we have to hunt down the package. Deliveries not arriving on schedule. All leading to constant delays. Very rude customer service...probably due to the number of unhappy customer calls they receive daily. This must be a top down problem within the organization.
This place is terrible. I wish the government shut it down. They’re not good for nothing. They treat people like garbage.
