Fedex driver with Naples route, fraudulently signs names of others he is not authorized to sign. Dumps packages on the counter at address destination, fraudulently signing someone else name without their permission. #tampering
Package of time sensitive medications not delivered, staff on the phone unhelpful, and package is still supposedly sitting in Ft Myers well over 24 hours later (after it was shown out for delivery the day before) with no ETA on delivery to one of their own hold facilities in Naples... Stop claiming your business provides Overnight Priority when they absolutely do not.
They tried to deliver my package three times. Said they couldn’t deliver because I was not there. I was there waiting for them so someone is not being truthful. When I called they said because they had already tried three times, I now have to drive an hour to pick it up myself. Tried to talk with someone on the phone and she was from another country so couldn’t understand what she was saying. Very poor customer service!
Purchased fireworks from US fireworks with free delivery for over $500. I have been using them for over a decade. Never have I been up charged once. FedEx is trying to charge me over $1200 for something I never signed up for. I just happen to be in my driveway for the delivery so I signed just like normal as I own a business there’s never additional cost when something gets delivered.
