ZERO STARS-FedEx was supposed to deliver this envelope between 930 and 1130 this morning. 11:47 AM it was changed to by 8 PM. FedEx cannot be trusted Furthermore, a FedEx ground truck did Arrive in front of my building, with a box, but the driver never even got out of his truck. In fact, the driver didn’t even speak English.!! #CustomerBeware FedEx is like this all year round, not just a day before Christmas. There’s no way to talk to a competent human. FedEx completely sucks. Even USPS is better!
FedEx is set up like a military facility.One way in one way out key pads buzzers , all that stuff.
It takes three days on the truck out for delivery to finally get my package every day. It says it’s on the vehicle out for delivery and it goes back. I don’t know if it’s the driver or just FedEx. Can’t deliver packages anymore.
