Waiting on an important package and I missed the delivery attempt by one hour so I took the following day off from work to be available for the delivery and received a door tag on my door that had nothing written on it. There was no attempt made only to put a tag on my door. I downloaded the app to specifically tell the driver to knock hard in the event that I would be upstairs. Package box delivered all beat up. This is the second time. Shame on FedEx.
10 days waiting on a package that was shipped 2 day express and still waiting. 483 miles between the company I ordered from and my house. Package traveled over 2000 miles and sat for 4 day at the same facility. Seems to be a frequent story with FedEx. Will always use a different service if available.
