Just had to go to my neighbors again at 5920 such and such Street to pick up my package that should’ve came to my home, not around the corner. Can your drivers not read street sign to what in the hell this happens all the time only from FedEx. UPS can get a right, US Postal Service can get it right and Amazon gets it right every time. Please teach your drivers how to read street signs my God!

FedEx tried to delivery my package early on a Sunday yesterday, which was cool, but they never notified me until after the attempt, and I was home during the time they “attempted delivery.” They did leave a FedEx attempted delivery note, stating they would try again tomorrow (which is today). I wrote on the note, “I’m here, please call me,” with my phone number. They did not call. I have sent of instructions how to deliver packages to my home however it is not being followed beyond many times that I've asked when on the app called customer service again customer service is a joke I just wish FedEx would get their crap together and deliver my packages where I've asked them to be delivered
