They obviously don't give a rats butt if their drivers do their job. I ordered a full computer system from HP - they delivered it to the WRONG STATE. A month later I try again with ASUS. Did they steel it? Did they just leave it at some random house? WTH? Did the person who actually got it decide they would keep it? They had explicit instructions from ASUS AND on my login to obtain a signature. They did not get a signature and they did not take a picture of the the delivered package. Our FedEx guy (Caleb) is rude. Doesn’t know how to read or follow directions. Packages are never on time or they drop at someone else’s house. Worst company ever.
