Paid for overnight shipping still waiting for package now going on day 3 i wouldnt normally make a big deal but when im receiving rare Brazil killifish. To breed. That are very expensive. It pisses me off a bit.
Fed ex keeps delivering personal packages with my home address to my work address. I got a real person on the phone. They will not take responsibility for making a change to my address but rather blame the sender. which makes no sense.
Fed Ex is terrible. They continually deliver my packages to an incorrect address. I have spent many hours on the phone with agents. I can’t get this situation resolved. This has been going on for months. The shipping address is correct but Fed Ex continues to deliver to the wrong address.
Do not send anything at this Fedex on commerce Drive Cedar Rapids, Iowa to be sent to your house because you will never get it. They have lost my cancer medicine and they cannot find it anywhere so and they don’t care they’re not looking for. They’re not doing a darn thing about it my attorneys taking care of it thank God for attorneys I need my cancer medicine.
