If I could rate a negative, I would. But unfortunately I can't leave a review without leaving at least a 1 star. I ordered a $400 fireplace. It was delivered on the 4th of September. And it was listed as "delivered to the front porch". Now, Im no brainiac....but does that appear to be my front porch?! It's not. It's my driveway. It's the inlet to my driveway. Nice facility, nice staff. Have to be careful on how you get there follow truck route or you'll get a 1000$ fine
Todd the facility manager at this location has made retrieving my late grandfathers packages a harrowing experience he has been less than helpful and has questioned us even after proof of her departure. If I were able I would never work with FedEx again due to his immaturity.
