This place is absolutely terrible. I've been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago to still arrive. It contains pershiable item. I'm out $300 now thanks to the incompetence of the employees here. The package is just sitting at their facility. I will not be using fedex again
FedEx service is terrible. Package sat in Morton for 2 days and then moved to Bloomington. It sat there over the weekend and ended up in Champaign early Monday morning. It was shown out for delivery between 8:00 and 9:00 am. It was never delivered and ended up back in Champaign Monday evening. Tuesday it gets loaded on a truck and out for delivery again. It was not delivered again! I will never choose FedEx as my shipper. They are not dependable at all.
