I would love to be able to email or contact them some sort of way when then havve my package I have to sign for and I get called out of town. I've tried every option they have possible for 2 days. No way they can get up my driveway because of the recent ice storm. Sick of dealing with the AI messaging and recordings when you try to call that is absolute 0 help. Oh well
Waited 2 hours for package to be delivered, only to have the driver say that it wasn't on the truck.. maybe on another FedEx truck in town. Promised a call back, and they never did... still no idea where the package is. Use UPS
Left packages at my mailbox on the ground, on the other side of the road!
Fedx ground is terrible! Leave our package anywhere there is a short driveway! Left my package at 402 Dogwood trail and me yelling at him, we live on Beechwood terrace. Ground should not be delivering packages! They can't read and are lazy.Should load only!! Will quit ordering if they ship fedx ground!! Regular fedx is fine.
If I could give a zero I would. FedEx was supposed to deliver my refrigerated meds on Friday. Didn’t arrive until Monday. They lied and notified my pharmacy that they tried to deliver on that Friday and that Saturday. FedEx WON’T deliver to my area on the weekends! We were home all day on both of those days. Instead of delivering to my house on Monday they placed it outside my mailbox (which is 1.5 miles from my house) in 90 degree weather!
