I have had a package left in my USPS mailbox for the last two weeks. Even after a complaint they left the second one today.
They need to open a hub just for customers! Customers dont like that they. Ant go to actual fed ex anymore.
Drivers pick and choose when and what they want to drop off. House clearly marked. Get packages almost daily, but the driver will drop at some neighbors and you’ll get a notification that your address is wrong. Not sure what contractor runs the route in my area, but they are horrible.
Drivers need to take time to look at the numbers on the mail box where they are leaving package. My package got left at another house. Don't know if the person will give it to me. On top of that I was told my package was ineligible for a refund by Walmart. They'd make sure it got to the right place if it was their families or friends. Horrible delivery service.
Deliver to wrong address or tell you cant deliver although they drove by your house.
