Does anyone ever work here
Customer service is miserable. Paid for overnight and it’s been 3 days and still waiting. Everytime I call it forwards me to some overseas call center. What a joke.
Package arrived at London. KY hub. Package never arrived at the business address. However, driver “Kay” marked the package “delivered”.
I swear to God they decide if they want your package before you get it!! I have had countless boxes make it to this hub and its like they fall off the planet!!
