If I could give a zero I would. FedEx was supposed to deliver my refrigerated meds on Friday. Didn’t arrive until Monday. They lied and notified my pharmacy that they tried to deliver on that Friday and that Saturday. FedEx WON’T deliver to my area on the weekends! We were home all day on both of those days. Instead of delivering to my house on Monday they placed it outside my mailbox (which is 1.5 miles from my house) in 90 degree weather! Does anyone ever work here
Customer service is miserable. Paid for overnight and it’s been 3 days and still waiting. Everytime I call it forwards me to some overseas call center. What a joke.
Package arrived at London. KY hub. Package never arrived at the business address. However, driver “Kay” marked the package “delivered”.
