Absolute garbage service. No one there cares at all about your packages or letters. Service calls are sent to India where, someone who barely speaks English, will give useless answers that they read out of a book.

They are unbelievably incompetent and would give them a zero star rating if I could. The driver lied about delivering my package by my door and, instead, left it sitting on top of my mailbox, which is a quarter mile away. I also have him on video throwing other packages onto my porch and damaging them. This has been a problem for the past several months. I'm not sure what's going on, but UPS, USPS, DoorDash and Amazon truck drivers have no problem getting to our house and gently leaving packages by our door. I've wasted so m... read more
