Fedex is a joke now. I ordered a Blackstone griddle that was shipped to me via Fedex. At first it was showing 1 day early and out for delivery, ended updating for the original day and said package was undeliverable due not being home "lied" im now on day #5 their saying I haven't been home when in fact im been waiting for my package?
I would like to thank Gabriel Rojas for getting my package to me. There was no suite letter on my package and he called the number on my business door to arrange another drop off later the same day. This was above and beyond customer service. Employees like this should be rewarded. Thank you Gabriel! I appreciate your time and care.
