They are not reliable at all. The drivers mark packages as "delivery attempted" even when they don't even try to stop at my place of business.

Worstvservice 5 times they cant deliver to my house and say they cant find it. Lies!!! Everyone delivers to my house. They keep giving excuses and we even showed them on a map and still excuses .

My order has been more than a week late and then today it was supposed to go out, and I understand the weather is bad but why would they put it as returned for inspection? this makes no sense they really need to get their stuff together for the Post office ends up having to do their job like they have to do everyone else's job, terrible location, doesn't make the rest of FedEx look very good, they need new management I don't blame the employees, I blame the management!!

Received email saying out for delivery. Driver took picture of my gate the first day, and said no one was home. Took a picture of hos driver’s seat the second day and stated no one was home. I was home both days and he never attempted to come to the front door. Email updates state that delivery tickets were left, which they were not. I have security cameras that prove he never attempted to deliver my package. At this point I’m just hoping I will actually receive my package.
