Wish I could give zero stars not that FedEx cares. Two days in a row, 9/5 and 9/6, the driver pulled in front of my house and then drove off without delivering package. Both times driver claimed they couldn't find the address. They were literally parked in front of my house! This is after last year when a multi thousand dollar package was left on my porch without a signature. When I called to complain I was told the driver had me sign for it. Zachary Nowlin on route 380 is so incredibly kind! He always makes sure to say hi to us, ask how we are doing, etc. He handles all of our packaging and we have never had a problem. He is incredibly friendly and professional!mThank you Zachary for always bing upbeat and kind to us! We can't say enough good things.

I get packages almost every week with frozen food for my dogs and I put instructions in my profile to put the package in the garage and I provide them the access code and the shipper provides them the same instructions and somehow putting the box in the garage that is 2 feet away is too difficult and they can't be bothered to at the very least push it into the shade even though it's 100+ degrees outside and the box has in big letters KEEP FROZEN written on it.
