I have found out that the Fedex drivers are extremely lazy. If you don't want to do the job, don't waste everyone's time and money. I don't know how many times we have gotten packages out here and the names and addresses don't even match. We received 2 packages here at the campground left at one site and they go to 2 different places that aren't even close to this address. Get it together or shut your company down.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We have a package (wheelchair for my son) that we have been waiting on now for 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered 3/16/2026...never went out for delivery. Called and spoke to an individual and was promised delivery on 3/17/2026. On 3/17/2026 it went out for delivery, when the driver was a mile and a half from us they decided that there was "inclement weather" and rescheduled our delivery....there was no inclement weather anywhere in the state...I looked at our weather map. Fed Ex continues to deliver our packages to wrong complex and their only solution is to file a claim. A simple correction of updating your system with the correct address pin would help tremendously. I don’t want to file a claim every other day meanwhile someone is walking away with all my paid packages!
