Fed Ex continues to deliver our packages to wrong complex and their only solution is to file a claim. A simple correction of updating your system with the correct address pin would help tremendously. I don’t want to file a claim every other day meanwhile someone is walking away with all my paid packages!
Terrible company, bro my package has been delayed three times in a row when it was out for delivery how is it out for delivery but it doesn’t get DELIVERED. I’m pissed The helpline won’t let me file a complaint because they keep changing the time they’re gonna deliver it so if I wait till the time is supposed to be delivered, they’ll just change the time again to make it seem like it was never the time that it was before . That way, I can never make a complaint cause I never got the package.
FedEx and this specific location are a joke. Driver never even attempted to deliver the package. They pulled up to the corner of the street, took a pic of the house, and marked it as "customer not home." I have security camera footage that proves this is what they did. This location has no customer facing phone number because they want you to call the national customer service number (good luck getting a person with their terrible AI software) who will tell you all they can do is put in a ticket, but tell you you have to wai... read more
