Driver marked as customer unavailable/ business closed but other driver delivered first package no problem. Lazy driver just wanted to quit early!

How is this place still operating? My package was placed on a delivery truck for delivery on 6/20 according to the online tracker and it is now 6/30 with no updates. With so many 1 star reviews, how has the management not been fired and replaced with anyone that actually does their job. And because it is over 7 days, customer support says their system considers the package lost and it is the customers responsibility to contact the seller to get a refund/replacement.
Packaged shipped to wrong address. I was told last week that they picked up the package and will be shipping it to the correct address. i called again this morning, only to find out i was lied to. i asked for a manager they hung up on me. i called back and was not given a manager, then i went ahead and let this guy help me. He couldnt, so i asked for a manager again he refused. going through corporate now.
Nice clean organized parking lot and well managed team of workers thank you guys for your business.
