Driver delivers package at end of driveway but package clearly states to drop at door
I put a vacation hold on incoming packages and was given a case number verifying that my packages would be held until the date i specified. Imagine my surprise when I am out of town and get notification from Wayfair that a wooden piece of furniture has been delivered to my home. I called FedEx first speaking to a customer service rep who offered no solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said he had reached out to this branch and asked them to go back to my home and pick up the package. He admitted it was their error.... read more
