Terrible customer service and they send you to a country where no one understands
This Fedex distribution center is the worst - makes USPS look like rockstars. My package has been in Halethorpe for almost 72 hours and they just can't deliver it. It shows being loaded on a truck 2 days in a row without delivery and yet another delay exception so 3 days in the local delivery truck. Unprecedented in any delivery situation unless there is a huge and devastating weather event. Go with UPS or USPS is you need reliable delivery. The FEDEX of the past is apparently replaced with this clown show.
