I refused delivery because the product arrived upside down with a clear this side up direction. They brought it back the next day. This is the second incident with the Halethorpe MD location. They just don't care!
Their trucks have hit my fence and run off 4 times now.
I don't know where this place finds drivers but they consistently mis-handle our packages. Between falsified signatures (AKA FRAUD), leaving them in ditches, and stepping on them I've seen it all. Apparently there's really no formal way to do anything about it either.
If I could give no stars I would. I have now missed 3 days of work waiting for a signature required package. Every day I get a message telling me item will be delivered today by end of day. Every night after 8 I get a message saying they couldn’t deliver because nobody was home or business was closed. I’ve literally sat home every day.
