This is probably one of the worst fedex facilities on the east coast.......my package was on a truck for delivery yesterday but a delivery was never attempted now today it's just sitting there at the facility still not on a truck this is what you get when your employees don't give a shit about when packages are delivered because they're not held accountable for anything just look at the reviews this place should be shut down permanently!

I have reported the driver, Darius, that works at the Halethorpe location as he is lazy. He keeps placing my packages under the stairwell on the 1st floor because I live on the top floor. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I reported him to customer service and clearly nothing has occurred because he keeps doing it. This is shameful as fedex used to be my favorite delivery service.

This place has absolutely no accountability for its drivers. Do I need to do my job today? Yes! Should I do my job today? Also yes! Will I do my job today? No! Will I do the bare minimum of my job? Absolutely not! It’s honestly pathetic and I wish they would take accountability for their actions and reprimand their drivers for not doing the bare minimum.
