Fedex is the worst, their delivery drivers are the most dangerous and unethical people in the business of delivery. We checked and waited for days for our important package, and their photo shows the wrong house! Furthermore, now they're threatening to send it back after all the expense and the sender had to call them to hold it here in this place miles from where I am. If you dont want to be majorly put out, do not use DeadEx.
Too slow, and they say they tried to deliver even though they didn’t.
Four days in a row, they claimed that they tried to deliver, but my business was closed. It was open all four days, including the time that they claimed I was closed. I have short range and long range cameras that capture a block and a half, in both directions. No FedEx vehicle was on my street, from two hours before, to two hours after they claimed that I was not open. I got through to customer support, in India. Worst service in the world. Drivers are very lazy and they never try ringing the door. They only log failed attempt, this company is a joke.
Hours are incorrect, no one is actually there over the weekend like it says 8-10am. Even security wasn't sure where they were. They kept trying to contact over the walkie-talkie and no one responding. Terrible
