Hours are incorrect, no one is actually there over the weekend like it says 8-10am. Even security wasn't sure where they were. They kept trying to contact over the walkie-talkie and no one responding. Terrible

My package wasnt being efficiently delivered, so i had to intercept it here. I went in, the cs rep took my tracking number and started searching. It took about 5 mins and he returned with my package. I showed my ID and signed for it. The entire process was smooth. The main complaint for me would be the location, it was quite secluded. Taking BART and walking to it is most efficient or driving... This review is for the service at this location. If i was reviewing the delivery process, i would give it 0 star.

This is the third consecutive time I’ve intentionally stayed home, waiting for my package to be delivered, tracked the vehicle throughout the day, then suddenly received an update saying they “attempted delivery” with a photo of a street that isn’t even mine. I’m entirely convinced some form of illegal activity is happening at this FedEx location with regard to package theft.

Marked my residence as a business, said it was closed as to not have to deliver my package (computer desk), and then refused to deliver it the next day as well. Called them to get a delivery sorted and they never reached back out and the issue was never sorted by FedEx. Hire better drivers.
