Marked my residence as a business, said it was closed as to not have to deliver my package (computer desk), and then refused to deliver it the next day as well. Called them to get a delivery sorted and they never reached back out and the issue was never sorted by FedEx. Hire better drivers.

The delivery driver never came to my door, instead they took a picture of my driveway and reported that they attempted delivery while never actually attempting delivery; I was home and have a door camera so I know they didn’t attempt an actual delivery. My package was an overnight package, today is Friday and now because the driver lied it says that my package it won’t attempt delivery again until Monday
Great for weddings, corporate events and family gatherings. 10/10, totally recommend.
Terrible!! Weird hours. My package was sent here , I requested to sent to the FedEx store in SF but they sent to here. So I drove here to see this weird hours 😓. I knocked windows because the guy there and he was upset but I need my package before they sent back to shipper. After begging him he finally helped. Please check. Don’t go others time.
