I am not sure if it is the drivers or dispatch but the last week of events with FedEx have been the worst!! I have had two packages delivered to a completely different place, then miraculously show up almost a week later at my door. This is after several emails and pictures of my door sent to the shippers and fedex claims. Yesterday I had a replacement packages from the origional delivers show up, I refused for duplicate. Worst customer serviceever! actually none package was scheduled before 5 pm never arrived said delivered to wrong address 8-1-25 no delivery said 8-2-25 between 10-2:30 nothing. 8-4-25 still nothing
my package was meant to be delivered yesterday the driver didn't knock I called customer service they said i'd get it between 10:30-2:30 today here we are at 5:45 and my package hasn't even left the warehouse what a joke of a company
