Missing package…….again.
They don’t give people enough time to open the door. They leave. Then they lie and say they will go back same day. They lie and say next day even though they are closed. Will be reporting to better business bureau. Horrible customer service
I am not sure if it is the drivers or dispatch but the last week of events with FedEx have been the worst!! I have had two packages delivered to a completely different place, then miraculously show up almost a week later at my door. This is after several emails and pictures of my door sent to the shippers and fedex claims. Yesterday I had a replacement packages from the origional delivers show up, I refused for duplicate.
