Joining the rest after yet another "failed delivery attempt" when no attempt was made. Have 3 videos of driver driving by and never getting out. We Will have to focus on carriers moving forward when making online purchases. Glad im not alone but extremely disappointed
We have video evidence that the driver rang the doorbell and then left within 40seconds with a valuable package. Who can get to the door that fast? I literally ran and they were already gone. Nearly impossible to get any customer support or to contact the driver.
They stole my package because they have the location of it but will not do their job to fix their mistake. Called 1800 and they won't even tell the address on the label because they want to protect their jobs.
So disgusted. They have "attempted delivery " twice and said i wasn't there. Package doesn't require a signature. I was home both times. Picture looks like wrong house. Can't get any help at all.
