MADE MY 91 YEAR OLD MOTHER SLEEP ON THE FLOOR!!!! I specifically ordered a mattress with a Saturday delivery date. I took the day off of work to drive two hours to meet my elderly mother at the rest home to receive this package. FedEx gave me a delivery window of 10:30-1:50. I called to confirm the delivery. They said it would arrive today for sure. I begin my commute. As I'm driving, I get another text that says that I cancelled the delivery. I DID NOT CANCEL THE DELIVERY!!!! The worst FedEx location ever! I get maybe 1 out of every 3 packages successfully delivered from them.
Fedex tells me what time to be there to sign, then fedex shows up early? yeah, real professional.
The staff was friendly and walked me through the shipping process. The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. If you need help sending your package and want to do it in person.... This is the place to go!
