I am very disappointed in Fed Ex. On June 10th a mini refrigerator was to be delivered. At approximately 5-5:30P a Fed Ex truck was at the bottom of my driveway. After a minute ir two the truck drove away and I received an email that delivery was to now take place the next day. I am a disabled senior who relies on delivery services. I normally do not have a problem with them, except with Fed Ex it isn’t the first time. Customer Service could not have been more apologetic, but that doesn’t get me my delivery any faster. I had to take multiple days off of work to try to receive a package that required a signature and the driver never showed up while claiming that no one was home. I was home and waiting the entire time each time and didn't get a door tag. I then asked them to send my package to one of the Fedex offices so I could pick it up instead. The location refused to hold it for me and that apparently counted as me refusing the package and caused it to be automatically returned to the sender. Avoid FedEx at all costs. The customer service line can't help and you will NEVER get your packages on time or without issues.
