I had to take multiple days off of work to try to receive a package that required a signature and the driver never showed up while claiming that no one was home. I was home and waiting the entire time each time and didn't get a door tag. I then asked them to send my package to one of the Fedex offices so I could pick it up instead. The location refused to hold it for me and that apparently counted as me refusing the package and caused it to be automatically returned to the sender. Avoid FedEx at all costs. The customer service line can't help and you will NEVER get your packages on time or without issues.
Quite possibly the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Driver consistently takes pictures of their truck door and says “business was closed or person not home”. We’ve never received a “missed you” sticker when this happens. Was told today that we could go to the center to pick up our order because we didn’t trust the delivery team anymore after waiting all day for no updates on my order. We were told it was in the warehouse last scanned but when we got there, magically did not appear to be in the warehouse... read more
MADE MY 91 YEAR OLD MOTHER SLEEP ON THE FLOOR!!!! I specifically ordered a mattress with a Saturday delivery date. I took the day off of work to drive two hours to meet my elderly mother at the rest home to receive this package. FedEx gave me a delivery window of 10:30-1:50. I called to confirm the delivery.
