Never received package from Fed Ex. After 3 days of being lied to and repeating myself even though I was provided a "priority" case number, I had to pick it up 30 minutes away at their facility because they could not seem to manage communicating an address to a driver. COMPLETE MIS-CONNECT WITHIN THEIR COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING.
When will your drivers learn to maybe NOT drop a box that has giant red stickers on it that says "FRAGILE"? This is the second time I have ordered something that was all glass with multiple fragile stickers on it and have watched both drivers read the box and then DROP IT ON THE PAVEMENT........ completely unacceptable.
Delivered my item to the back of my house not on my porch. It got rained on. Horrible customer service. Avoid them if you can
