Terrible customer service .
I wish I could give FedEx negative stars. I've had one of the worst shipping experiences that I've ever had. It's to the point that I no longer want to do business with anyone that uses them for shipping. I had a very expensive item shipped to me and the shipping alone cost me over $200 and required a signature. First off, it was 2 days late and when it finally arrived, the driver just dropped off a "we missed you tag". I live in a large apartment complex that has a mailroom. This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a pool on July 8, scheduled to be delivered by July 15. FedEx lost the package, and customer service was completely unhelpful—every call was a runaround with no answers. After two weeks, they finally located it, but by then I had no choice but to reorder. The new pool was supposed to arrive July 25, but once again, no updates, no delivery. It updated at the last minute to July 26, but today, still not out for delivery.
