Have a package that is stuck with “out for delivery” currently in a fedex truck with picture and name of the delivery driver, cool. That was on a Friday. It is now Tuesday of the next week and apparently the delivery driver Elliot is still on the way with the package in his truck…this is the fedex center my package was in before being placed in a truck. My signed shipment release authorization form on the door. The incompetent driver can't read "This signature releases FedEx from all liability for any loss or damage that may result in leaving this package" and reports no one was home, unable to deliver. Driver sticks a door tag on the form and ckecks none of the boxes/options and writes no notes on the back. I call customer service and the guy tells me the truck will make a second attempt that day, few hours later I call and a different person says "no we can't do that" and... read more

Drivers wheeling a package with a dolly cant walk an extra 10 feet to the proper door. They unload a package near a sign that points to the proper door. Lazy as all hell.
