FedEx online account seem to make no sense and counterintuitive to use so I don’t even use it, for physical delivery to my address on Hawaii Kai, they are usually ok and mostly on time, but my last two shipments for perishable caviar which was supposed to be priority overnight shipments are both over a day late, the origional and the replacement.
