They sucks . Lost my package and told me they weren't gonna look for it . I would have to wait until Monday to see if they will delivered or not ... I don't know why people still use fedex

If I could leave less than 1 stars I would. Every single time I see my package is being delivered by fed ex I know it’ll be screwed up. This week they delivered a package to the wrong apartment & I went thru levels of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. If the drivers are stealing the packages then they are incapable of delivering it correctly. Calling customer service is pointless as they seem to hire the most incapable ignorant people on the planet. Truly a nightmare every time with this company.

Dealing with them right now my package is supposed to be delivered on Monday very obvious that the house in front is nobody lives Big Red Barn with a toy hauler parked right next to it you can see it from the road coming down the road there's no extra effort I understand got a lot of deliveries I get it I delivered tractor-trailer delivery for 35 years I get it no extra effort at all he says he came here twice there was no way he came here twice he didn't want to touch the product cuz it was like 80 lb God forbid even my mai... read more

Athena strand deserves better from your company. A pink bow should have been on all your trucks. I won’t let my children play outside at all in the front because of your company and what your driver did to that poor girl. Not only can’t you deliver my packages on time. You also are a safety risk for residents.
