The employees at this facility are PATHETIC! I had 2 separate packages arrive there before 6am Monday. One was put on a delivery truck, and was delivered that same afternoon. The other is still sitting at the same facility 2 days later! Why? Fed Ex Corporate said this facility claimed they, "didn't have a truck available" for Monday, even though the package is only the size of a cell phone, and could've easily been put on the same truck that delivered my other package. Been waiting on package for a week now to be delivered to Clarke county. One day Kristin had it then the next kept saying delayed. At this point I’ve just contacted Home Depot about a refund cause I’m not sure what fed ex in meridian has going on.
