Drivers lack ability to see people and follow directions for deliveries. Never had a problem with fedex freight or express out of meridian. If something is ground ship forget seeing it. Immediately call so a package can be held for pickup or have to wait a day or two so the process can complete to hold a package they can not deliver.

I just need an actual person on the phone, the automated Services useless because what I need to know isn't an option. And without a tracking number or door tag they won't connect you to a representative but until I speak to a representative I can't do my packaging until I have some questions answered so I don't have a door tag or tracking number

In desperate need of a package the I have to sign for and they driver took it to my neighbors house attempting delivery to the wrong address after taking a 2 hour break . I had to leave to go to work so I couldn’t catch her when she went to the wrong place so now I am waiting for a reattempt and cannot even track it live this time. I have signs up pointing to my house with the address on it but I still have to go to work as well. Never can get my packages to the right house.

We have had so many problems with fed ex ground. They have "attempted" to deliver our package for 2 days.. now they are saying the address is wrong. Called support and they confirmed my address was RIGHT. Why won't you deliver my package?!?! I HATE f FedEx. Should've canceled my order when I saw that fed ex was the courier. Mind you both days there were back at fed ex by 2pm.
