Easy, and on the second visit they know me.
If I could leave a 0 star i would. They didnt even try delivering to the address listed, theres no way to contact via email for those that cant talk on phone calls, the phone number fedex calls you with is blocked by spam filter. I tried logging into my account and I cant update my login info, the only way to update anything is via the account or calling and since my account is currently inaccessible I cant update anything. Overall just terrible experiences and dont understand why people still use fedex
