Several delivery issues...my last package did not get to me for almost a month because, even though the office is aware of our business hours, they kept attempting delivery after hours. I ended up having to get a refund from the sender because I assumed it was just lost somewhere.
I have never had an experience like these people. Send you emails saying it will be there that day. Then a little while later sends you another that it is delayed due to bad weather. Well the weather wasn't bad, and it was 50 degrees outside. Was delayed 4 times, then ended up and going to where it was delivered to pick it up myself. And my husband ordered something from Rock Auto on the 5th of Feb, it got to Fedx on the 12th of Feb. After that we kept getting messages being delayed due to bad weather. The past 2 days, my 2 packages weren't able to be delivered do to bad weather. I'm 45 minutes from this location and the weather the past 2 days (2/18 & 2/19) has been fine!!! Bright and sunny but cold (temps in the 20's)... the main roads and back roads are bare & bone dry!!! Fed-ex delivery IS A FREAKING JOKE! Never, NOT ONCE have I had a UPS delivery rescheduled because of weather.
