Very inconvenient. Why wouldn't a mail company deliver to a po box? Sends back items, even if important.
Great customer service, had an issue that neither the app or the overseas FedEx call center could help me with. Within five minutes, my issue was resolved and they had my package on the truck for delivery. Thank you for the assistance.
I'm happy to update my review. The delivery driver has taken our feedback and now delivers right to our home which is confusing to find because Google maps does not give good directions to our home. So pleased with this delivery location willing to accept feedback and act on it. Great service! If anyone has trouble with this location, speak with them and they will give you great service.
Do NOT use Fedex in Winnemucca. This facility refuses to deliver to the correct home no matter how much feedback you give and not even if you speak to customer service. We have let Fedex know our packages are not being delivered to our home and packages have been completely lost and no change. We have lost 100s of dollars at this point and they do nothing. Do NOT use Fedex out here. This facility gives your packages to a 3rd party delivery service with no recourse for stolen packages. We have let Fedex know our packages are not being delivered and are being stolen and nothing has been done in 6+ months. We have lost 100s of dollars at this point and they do nothing.
