After getting deliveries here for 15 years the FEDEX here now refuse to deliver to us because of our steep dirt driveway. They now hold packages and about 80% of the time they do not tell us they are folding it. UPS and USPS still deliver here with no problem. FEDEX used to deliver up our driveway in the snow when no one else did, now they won't go up in perfect conditions. Things have changed for the worse at this branch. I completely understand when the roads are bad.

Maybe it’s just local, maybe it’s corporate. I don’t know who is to blame, but the reality is I’ve had to stop using FedEx. Over the last 8 years, I haven’t had a single package show up on time from FedEx. If they aren’t paying enough, maybe that’s the issue. But every time I’m forced to use FedEx’s services, I’m disappointed in how it pans out.

FedEx is a joke. I've had 2 packages delivered monthly for a over a year that "require a signature" and they've never had me sign. Today they decided they won't deliver without a signature and I'm on the road a lot. Do the drivers make up their own rules these days?

Literally watched the fed ex driver drive past my place. Then few moments later drive the other way. Then I get an update saying attempted delivery failed. But the driver never stopped. Every single item delivered by them somehow has an issue resulting in me on phone arguing with people to get my package. But I have camera footage now proving he never even stopped. But they still defend the driver.
