FedEx is a joke. I've had 2 packages delivered monthly for a over a year that "require a signature" and they've never had me sign. Today they decided they won't deliver without a signature and I'm on the road a lot. Do the drivers make up their own rules these days?
Literally watched the fed ex driver drive past my place. Then few moments later drive the other way. Then I get an update saying attempted delivery failed. But the driver never stopped. Every single item delivered by them somehow has an issue resulting in me on phone arguing with people to get my package. But I have camera footage now proving he never even stopped. But they still defend the driver.
Hey, FedEx drivers, please slow down! Got a job to do, we get it. But will it get finished if you have yet another accident? Slow down in our neighborhoods!
Shoutout to Colby, Delivery Driver, who is kind and considerate in answering my questions. Great customer service.
Insist on delivering packages to my old address when my new address is on the shipping label. Would encourage people not to use FedEx if they can avoid it.
