CARM portal is broken. And they wont deliver my package. The money is in the bank for taxes and brokerage. They have my forms. They have my card on file. And they still wont deliver my package. I been arguing with them 4 days.
Absolutely terrible delivery service! The last two packages they delivered to me took a week worth of "attempts " and one i had to have them hold it at a staples so I could pick it up and actually receive it! And don't get me started on their complely useless customer service. If you can even call it that! Shameful!!!
