The supervisors/managers and even drivers dont care about your packages, especially if they're delivering cold packages. Attempted to get information and the supervisor i was commected to was condescending as hell. I do not know what's changed in the past two weeks but I went from having packages especially time sensitive ones go from being delivered timely , to having two weeks of packages destroyed. Avoid using fedex, stick with ups or usps.
This has got to be the most incompetent FedEx location by far. My last package showed out for delivery for a week before it finally came. This time they delivered me someone else's package and marked my tracking number as delivered. They apologize and tell me my situation is their top priority for the day and yet 3 days later, I still have someone else's package on my porch and mine still on their truck for delivery.
they consistently make it impossible to speak to a representative and everything is more complicated than necessary. Fedex overall just sucks
Driver Jordan is incompetent stopped at my house yesterday to deliver something and then I asked him about it and it's not on his truck I had to leave it in Escanaba today drives right by my house like he has nothing to deliver what the hell is wrong with FedEx man I've been waiting for this package since the 16th two days is kids been by my house and not delivered my package and he knows I'm waiting for a package he knows the package is in Escanaba and every day I get an email saying he's listed as my driver well he's prett... read more
