delivered to the wrong address. don’t recommend
As usual, packages are out for delivery for 3-4 days in a row. Rescheduled repeatedly "due to weather" but the weather is the best it's been in months.
Although I can not speak for the company as a whole, my experience with FedEx has shown that they are completely incompetent. I have had to repeat the same phone call every day explaining that they should leave my package at the door. They are explaining that the package doesn’t need a signature so they can leave it and then give me the same excuse for not delivering it. Each day the assure me it will be delivered the next day. Package has been out for delivery since Thursday, is now sunday and still didn’t arrive. Continues to say dangerous weather delivery not attempted, fedex driver was at my neighbors house 100 feet from mine but turned around and my app immediately said delivery not attempted. This is ridiculous if your drivers are too lazy to do their jobs maybe they should go find something they are capable of. Very disappointed with this delivery service as a whole, shouldn’t be stuck waiting for my order that was well over $500
Never watched someone so confidently do their job wrong as the delivery lady bringing my packages to the abandoned, empty business building with for sale/for rent signs plastered on the doors, setting them in the melting snow across the street instead of the house, when the delivery instructions state “house”, twice. Luckily I was home both times and immediately rescued my shipments from water damage. Do better, GPS is available to everyone in 2026.
