Staff met me at the door and was very understanding and professional
Have had several packages delivered to my home. I have security cameras everywhere and I have been waiting for this package since 6/13/26 . The package tracking said as of 7:21 am today it was loaded on the FedEx vehicle and out for delivery with an approximate delivery time between 10:20 AM and 2:20 PM. No Show! Next update at 5:38 PM said delivery restrictions no delivery attempted. Package was on a truck to be delivered but was sent back twice to the hub in Biddeford. Customer service is not good. The customer service line sends you in a loop and no actual person to assist. Virtual assistant on the first day stated the issue was logistical and would be corrected in 24 hours. The second day the package was sent out in a truck and came back to the facility again.
