driver hit my house today, still no call from supervisor, driver showed no remorse
Two days in a row delivery was delayed due to weather. Both times it was out for delivery. The weather outside is sunny and clear just like it was yesterday. Called Customer service. We can't take your call right now. Goodbye. This is a regular occurrence. Ridiculous.
I've been at my current address for almost 5 years and every single fedex package from this location is "unable to be delivered due to incomplete address". I have never had a single issue with Amazon, UPS, or USPS deliveries. When you call to ask for help with the automated system it just hangs up. I'm so disappointed with how awful Fedex deliveries from this location consistently turn out.
I don't know what it is with these delivery drivers not doing there job delivered my package to my dumpster and left 2nd time this driver has done this do not trust this company for deliveries
