Delivery has been postponed 3 days in a row. And at this point I might as well drive there to retrieve my package my self. Tired calling but phone rings and nobody answers.
Holding package for days. Every time it goes to that location you know it will be late. They need new management. Ghetto trash don’t care about other people. Or their packages
We live in Franklin. We will be requesting all companies/individuals with which we trade to avoid shipping FedEx - if that is their only option, we will look elsewhere for those goods. Yesterday was the fifth time valuable packages have been left on top of our locking mailbox a mile from our home, on a public street. We have repeatedly notified Bryson City of this problem. This is worst FedEx hub in the eastern US. They always delay or mostly never deliver packages that go to their location. Manager is rude and really does not care if you receive your packages that go or not. This is not the first time they have lost my packages. These people need to be FIRED. The worst service. I had package delivered on 6/19/2025 instructions was to leave on steps ,I came home from work with my door standing open ,package was taken inside my house ,left my front door open I had lil dog inside ,air conditioning running full blast ,rained inside on carpet,he had no right coming into my residence,I felt really uneased knowing some strange man / woman being inside with out my permission,
I get "out for delivery" messages from FedeX that my package is on the truck and the driver Ronald is on his way. The package never gets delivered that day or days after that. Horrible consistency and customer commitment.
Moselle Ms FedEx hub is the absolute worst getting it done, they have brought in foreigners to deliver in perkinston/stone county and they aren’t delivering packages FedEx sucks
