Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a gift on December 1st from IL, it was supposed to arrive Dec 2nd in MPLS.... Gift was to be given on December 3rd and I didn't have the opportunity to give it due to the driver's LACK OF DELIVERY. Dec 2nd: Package was delayed....
