Scheduled for delivery yesterday by 1pm. At 1pm it changed to the end of day. At the end of day it changed to (Saturday) by 11am. At 11am it changed to delivery by end of day. Funny part is the package is at the Rogers location, not out for delivery. Once again no package delivered. They say one thing when at the same time say something else contradicting each statement.
It’s horrible I paid extra for fed ex delivery only to have them round robin my package and never arrive at my address??? Spoke to both AI and customer service it’s been 5 days still don’t have the package how upsetting how can a package be on a truck but never brought to the address?
