Wife was standing in the driveway and watched driver pass by!! Driver stated recipient was unavailable for delivery! Worthless drivers that are to lazy to pull in a driveway and do the job they are paid to do.
As others have stated, driver will consistently state they were unble to deliver due to no one being home when someone was home all day even when shipment does not require signature or person present for delivery. They do this just to delay delivering the item until a later date.

The driver dropping package two blocks over. And I got my house number in two locations. They need to verify the street number closely.
Supposedly delivered a package to me today, except they delivered to wrong house somewhere. The picture of the doorway looks nothing like mine. Impossible to get any help thru their help number. Virtual assistant would not let me talk to a representative.
