This FedEx distribution center intentionally delays customer packages and reprints labels to deliver packages on a delay. Beware if youre having food items shipped through FedEx!
The drivers literally do not know how to use their brains. On numerous occasions I’ve had packages go out for delivery only to be rescheduled due to “wrong address” or something similar. It’s the same address my packages have always been delivered to. Oddly enough maybe one out of every 5 packages actually gets to my door on the scheduled day.
I have been contacted by one of their delivery drivers and gave her specific instructions to get to my house and after numerous phone calls to customer service, 2 tickets to hold my package at a nearby facility, they still returned my package. I’ve had about 6-8 delivered with NO ISSUES from FedEx. Their customer service is even worse.
