I’ve had the worst experience with fed ex. I’ve gotten the run around about my package over 4 days now. Their delivery drivers lie about making delivery attempts. I’m waiting on a package that needs signed for and have taken multiple days off of work just to be home for my package and still have not received my package. I’ve driven to the facility TWICE to be told they don’t know where my package is. It’s been almost a week of back and forth with fed ex and I still do not have my package. This place has got to be the worst package delivery company out there. From the damaged packages to the incompetent, lazy drivers. Every time I get a package it is crushed, filthy dirty and many times has to be sent back due to the damage. The drivers pull in my driveway for a 10-15lb package to just throw (literally throw)it in my driveway.
