Una basura de compañía. Cada ves que me envían algo que hay que firmar nunca llega el día que dicen. Hoy me pase 5 horas esperando un paquete que nunca llego y actualizaron la app cuando le dio la gana y a estas horas no se sabe ni cuando lo vana a entregar. Every single thing they delivery is covered in so much dirt I have to unpackage outside. this is from the small package I got today. I have had boxes delivered that have gaps in seams and items inside are this dirty from Fed Ex
Terrible. Told me he could find 915 but not 914 when they literally sit directly across from each other. And identical houses!! They loose my package every time and I have to make multiple calls to straighten it out
Delivery Driver lied about my delivery saying there was a gate that they couldn’t deliver. I have cameras everywhere around our home and nobody ever showed up, I tried calling and spent almost an hour on the phone that the package was lost . When I picked up my package from fed ex I asked to file a complaint on the driver and the employee just wrote my number down and said someone will contact me. Nobody has called about the situation. This place is horrible , DO NOT USE FED EX, this place is a joke!
Zero accountability for their drivers. They rely on third-party contractors whom they clearly do not manage or monitor. We were waiting on critical medical supplies, and the driver claimed a delivery attempt was made—even uploading a close-up photo of the box as "proof"—despite never actually coming down our road.
