They don’t answer their phone when business hours shows their open. Came to pickup a package and can’t even do that. When I was able to contact the 1800 number they said I’d be able to pick up until 6 well that was a joke. Waste of time and gas to drive all the way here. Don’t use FedEx their the worst delivery company out there

Apparently your driver, Noel, is lazy and can’t read. She delivered my package to the neighbors house. Worse yet instead of placing it on their porch she leaned it against the garage door for the porch pirates to see. FedEx used to be the premiere shipping company, but not anymore.

Package was supposed to be delivered Thursday. People were home and there was no knock and they didn’t try to ring the doorbell. Delayed until the next day. I made sure my daughter was up and ready to get the package. It required a signature. Around 11 she saw a fedex vehicle pull up, sit out front for a minute, then start to pull away. She opened the door trying to get the drivers attention and he just drove off. Drivers name was cooper according to the website. Absolutely unacceptable lazy drivers working there.
