fed ex has had my package on a delivery truck for 3 days to be delivered and yet they can't seem to get it dropped off. I see why UPS drivers can get paid more seeing how they contract these routes out (ground and home delivery) Worst company ever if you're going to ship something make sure you do it with UPS at least they can get packages delivered in a timely manor.
They delivered to wrong address but won’t transfer to a representative. It just says already delivered but the picture is not my residence.
Worst delivery service ever. They need shutdown. They lie that there was no one to receive the package or business closed. Absolutely nonexistent claim. How is my house supposed to be a business. The drivers literally do not know how to use their brains. On numerous occasions I’ve had packages go out for delivery only to be rescheduled due to “wrong address” or something similar. It’s the same address my packages have always been delivered to. Oddly enough maybe one out of every 5 packages actually gets to my door on the scheduled day. It was good except I got heat exhaustion that my blood pressure end up being 97 over 60 heart rate 138. There are no. I repeat no AC and none of the old vehicles. I only worked one day. Unfortunately I couldn't go back another due to the heat. Otherwise the job itself is okay...
