Set up notifications to track where the driver was just to make sure the package was not delivered to the wrong house since I rent a MIL on the property. I heard the truck, went out and told the driver the package was for the apartment. The driver Noah, told me “ he was going not going to bring my package to my porch which mind you is over 100 lbs. If it was a box of diapers whatever. Called to file a complaint with Fed EX customer service because I do not believe my request was unreasonable. Waiting to hear back from them.

Delivery is always on time and the app you can see the drivers location which is helpful
They need more restriction on there truck like limit there speed there no reason to be going fast in a 30 mph zone and almost hit me with my kids in the truck
