Still waiting to hear back from customer service, we called you guys yesterday after you delivered our package to the wrong house and still nothing? I don’t know who’s front door that is so I can’t go and knock on it to see if they will do the right thing and you guys won’t? Do you just make a police report?
Set up notifications to track where the driver was just to make sure the package was not delivered to the wrong house since I rent a MIL on the property. I heard the truck, went out and told the driver the package was for the apartment. The driver Noah, told me “ he was going not going to bring my package to my porch which mind you is over 100 lbs. If it was a box of diapers whatever. Called to file a complaint with Fed EX customer service because I do not believe my request was unreasonable. Waiting to hear back from them.
