Terrible service. $80 for next day, and driver delivers to back door and leaves a note that no one is there???!! .. not the FRONT OFFICE DOOR where the cars are parked with office manager sitting at the desk. Delivery still not here, day two 2pm!! Thanks...great job FedEX
Drivers are lazy and unreliable. Just this week a package was supposed to be delivered. Tracking number again says it was delivered but it was not even check other neighbors wasn’t anywhere or around my property and nothing. They posted a picture of no package and a sidewalk. This issue with FedEx and drivers needs to stop. FedEx can not keep treating customer like this. I am not the only one. Always leaves packages at the wrong address and I have to hunt them down
I’m not sure if their drivers are lazy or just unorganized I had a package that was supposed to be here today and it was on the truck and they decided to keep it on the truck and now it’s coming tomorrow instead of coming today like it was supposed to
My last 2 deliveries have been left in random places where anyone could have just picked them up. Couldn't even put them in a bag to protect them from the rain. Might have to make the effort to drive up a country driveway and leave it on my porch.
