Make it impossible to talk to someone. Signed a form that gave them permission to leave packages and they still don’t/won’t do it
I have two packages that have been out for delivery since the 6th last Wednesday. End of each day says no delivery attempt made how is this acceptable. UPS is so much better then this outfit says out for delivery today by end of day.
Down right aweful. The manager needs fired for being incompetent. I paid for my package to be overnighted as this is important medication and here we are on day 3 where the tracking shows it gets loaded on the truck to go take a trip and then unloaded. Just to continue to do the same. My package has driven by my house multiple times yet never stops. Never have this issue when it comes through Clarksburg.
Fedex corporate please come fix. This place is a mess
