Ive been waiting over 3 weeks for multiple packages and it got to a point they now longer updated the delivery dates. Kept saying it would be "delivered today" but today never came. Had to get refunded for over $1000 worth of stuff. It's incredibly disappointing and sad that myself and others never received their packages. After going through the comments it made me feel less crazy about my situation but knew I'll probably never get my stuff. I would of rather had the stuff I ordered delivered than get a refund.

FedEx is one of the worst and most disorganized post offices, always delivering packages late and no one is accountable. FedEx should be shut down completely because it does nothing but make people stressed and angry.

drivers from Morgantown depot have left package in the road, on the sidewalk, and left them out in the rain with no protection when they’re advised to place them elsewhere.

I have a total of 11 packages that have been delivered. Called customer service and still have not been resolved yet. Some packages I have waited over two weeks to be delivered. I am not the only one in my area that have received packages. In over two weeks 1 truck has been on my road. It's been in the surrounding area. This is unacceptable. Companies and retailers really need to use UPS or US mail to deliver packages.
