No knock no doorbell delivery denied door ticket package and TERRIBLE automated help phone system i just wanted to call the facility so I could go pick it up and it talks you in Loops.

Called 12 times and still having issues getting my shipment
Items are being out for delivery and taken back to the facility and out for delivery again for dats upon days. This has been a continued problem with FedEx with orders for a month now! Drivers are stealing the packages or losing them which over 20 items now they are not getting lost. Their job is to deliver packages they need to do their job. When you track orders they will move back and forth "at facility, on vehicle, at facility" for multiple days before shipment actually gets delivered when it goes through the Morton FedEx shipping center.
