Without my knowledge the company split my order and delivered only half of it and advised the order was delivered. I tried to contact the company about the discrepancy and got stuck in a computer generated question and answer run around that refused to allow me to speak to a human. This is an issue that could have been resolved in a two minute conversation but I was online for over 1/2 hour. The delivery people are great. We've been trying for 3 years to get FedEx to deliver packages to our house instead of the house with the same number on the street behind us. We've talked to drivers and supervisors. They all promise to fix the issue, but nothing ever improves. The very next package, they send it back to the wrong house again. We try to avoid ever using FedEx, but sometimes companies ship without asking us. Today, we lost a very important and very expensive prescription because of that.
