Driver has repeatedly thrown a weekly delivery over my fence potentially damaging the product inside. The outside packaging alerts that the product does bruise easily and should be handled with care.

I submitted a complaint to FedEx customer service regarding the delivery of an electric bike my husband purchased. While the product was delivered, it was placed outside my home in a location that was not secure and vulnerable to theft. Additionally, the bike is quite heavy, and I had to move it up the stairs myself after trying for over 40 minutes. This experience was very inconvenient and disappointing
