Delivery times are not accurate at all. Poor customer service.
Been waiting 2 days for FedEx truck. They say I have to be home and sign but they never come. You call the number and a machine just jerks you around. No customer service. Nobody cares. And you charge twice as much as ups. I will let the merchant know to never use you again because you don’t care!
Update OK, so I saw today's truck and I stood in the road to ask the driver why he didn't try to deliver my package yet found it acceptable to lie and say he did. It was not him but a young lady named Sarah. She checked her app and it said my package was not on the truck but she would pull over and look through all the boxes. She said sometimes the loaders do not scan an item. So she pulled over and went in the truck. Guess what....my box was there. FedEx literally NEVER gets it right. Package says delivered and the “proof of delivery” photo is not even my house! I don’t even think that house is even on my road! Where did you take my package? Did you even read the numbers on the freaking mailbox or road? How do UPS, Amazon and even Walmart never have a problem but you all do every single time? Embarrassing!
Amazon driver can walk up a put my package in the package box. The FedEx driver flies down my driveway to throw it out in the yard. I’ve told him once already
