Had a package get stuck here because part of the address got messed up, not only was there no way to change the address, I couldn’t even get ahold of a real person to see if I could do anything to resolve the issue. Just sent to a bot every time
Our dogs’ Chewy package was delivered this morning with such a sweet surprise! The delivery driver put two milk bones on the package as he left it on our porch. What a sweet and kind thing to do! I put the treats on the counter as I opened the box. One of our dogs is 12 years old. She got up on her hind legs to sniff the counter where the treats were. She was so excited. Thank you Mr. FedEx driver, for making our pups day!
Had a delivery I paid extra to be at my house before I had a flight on the morning, which was already delayed on the way here, fast forward to the night before I am supposed to leave and it gets delayed again... Kicker is I watched the FedEx truck drive by my house
When you absolutely, positively don't care if the package ever arrives.
Worst fedex ever they delivered my package the other day and right when I said "thanks." sure enough, they just grunt at me and drive off all angrily the deliveries are so crabby and Rude. I will Never ever order from there ever again. So don't waste your time ordering packages from this place if you want them to be rude towards you.
