Had two packages delivered by FedEx. One was heavy and I’m assuming they used a hand truck and smashed it into the trim of my house taking a big chunk out which I’m now going to have to pay someone to fix.
They made me come pick up a package from winter springs because they couldn’t figure out how to read a PO Box address. Absolute clowns except the joke isn’t funny.
The lady that helped me was very friendly. She also helped me load it into my car. Very smooth transaction
FedEx ground is not very reliable. They use independent contractors and they aren't very reliable.
