I can honestly see why this company is listed at 2 stars if I could put a 0 star I would. They have now lost 2 very important packages. The first one was a jump star/air compressor and now car parts. Every day now for several days it says it will be delivered the next day and yet here I am another day without my car part. That is apparently floating around the Chillicothe facility since February 4th. If you have lost the item you should just update and say you have lost it, not put arriving next day. This is absolutely the absolute worst carrier ever. My package shipped from Atlanta to Chillicothe ohio where it has sat since Monday 12/15/25...we had weather but all the roads were clear on Wednesday 12/17 now it sits at the distribution hub with no scheduled delivery date because of weather in the area and I can't even go pick it up it is an hour away however. Corrine that works at this branch is a 5star employee. Above and beyond helpful. Super kind and followed up and called back in timely manner on more than one occasion.
