Waiting almost 3 weeks. Update on email every day it will be here today. NEVER showed. Chewy has been great at trying to help sent entire order a 2nd time. Didn't get that either. They are an hour away in Chillicothe

My package sat in Chillicothe for days. Then showed “Out for Delivery” for three days. Now the package is back in Chillicothe. Customer Service was absolutely useless to call. All they did was give me the tracking number I already had. I will never use FedEx again.

It is amazing how utterly terrible fedex is with package delivery. How can a company whose sole purpose is delivery of packages fail so miserably at that one thing. For the past 2 days my very expensive package has said "out for delivery, your driver Dustin is on the way" and it just not show up. And every single previous package I've had the misfortune of being delivered through FedEx gets an error notice saying my address doesn't exist to be delivered to.
