Always with the blurred picture and business not open. Worst delivery company ever. I use UPS as much as possible.
Great service and exceptional delivery
My package got delivered to the place where there was no house at all not even at my address and FedEx says it's delivered and now I'm out of my money never got my parts and they just give you a run around so I'm done with ordering online until we get someone better than FedEx. And when I called FedEx the first time and made a complaint they said they had problem with that guy in another route so they stuck him on our route.
I can honestly see why this company is listed at 2 stars if I could put a 0 star I would. They have now lost 2 very important packages. The first one was a jump star/air compressor and now car parts. Every day now for several days it says it will be delivered the next day and yet here I am another day without my car part. That is apparently floating around the Chillicothe facility since February 4th. If you have lost the item you should just update and say you have lost it, not put arriving next day.
