I was impressed. FedEx you did a better job this time. Driver got out of the truck and delivered the package to my front steps rather than just pitching it into my yards. Two thumbs up
They are thief and I call customer service and one guy from India who name is David said the package was delivered but I never got the package and they said they can do nothing about it plus the package was a signature package so how is possible that, this is the guys besucase I got him on my door cámara and I never see him with a package
I was home all day to get a delivery. The FedEx driver never rang the doorbell. They just put a tag on my door and walked away. Now they say they'll deliver it tomorrow before 8:00 p.m. So if I want to get this package I have to hang around the house all day and do nothing on Saturday. FedEx sucks. Trying to text or call is absolutely impossible as there is no customer service to be reached. Use UPS please as at least they have a local dispatch that can reach the driver to redeliver or to tell me where I can meet the driver ... read more
This drivers are so stupid, I don’t understand why is FedEx hiring people who can’t read simple letters or numbers. My package was never delivered to my apartment even though on the website it said delivered.
