When you pay for an expensive item and you get the shipping information with a delivery date of Monday, you become expectant of that item. Then, on Monday, when you learn that the item still has not left the origin facility, you are bothered, but it says it will be delivered on Tuesday. I don't usually waste my time writing reviews, however FedEx is the most horrible shipper on the planet. I do everything in my power not to order from companies that ship FedEx in the first place. But when I get an alert that FedEx is delivering a package for me I absolutely dread it. And everything's always "attempted delivery" like anybody has time to just sit at home all day all week waiting for a package that doesn't require a signature. I would give negative five stars if I could.

Fedex ground is horrible in Helena, MT. I constantly get boxes that are damaged/open and the Ground Drivers do not want to even document the fact and always have an attitude. It sucks because some places I order from do not give the option to have items shipped a different way. Fedex keeps going down hill and local management does not care at all.
