They had a recent period where their service was actually acceptable. That didn't last long. My packages are once again being left at other addresses with photo evidence. Yet, the only way to report them as missing is via the website which never works, or calling the 800 number. With calling, getting past the automated system is a nightmare, but actually talking to someone isn't any better. Then they "create a ticket" to look into where the package was left. Fraudulently marks packages as "delivery attempted, customer unavailable" when no attempt was actuallyafe.
Its a wonder how this place is still in business. I called fedex support and asked for a price on shipping packages because thats the only way to speak to a human being. And then I asked about picking up the package since it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago now. They then told me to hold. The line went quiet no hold music. And the guy comes back a few minutes later and goes "They are closed today and you can not pick it up there." I tried to call 5 times and no one is answering the phones. The young man who delivers on the lower end of Franklin is rude. Clearly he didn’t know I was sitting right inside the window when I saw him stand mid sidewalk and throw my package clear up onto the porch making a loud crash. It’s ridiculous he finds it ok to handle property someone else paid for so recklessly. I’d file a complaint directly to FedEx, but good luck trying to find a local number and one that’s not automated. The automated one doesn’t ever connect you to a human.
