Our Fedex driver is always in a bad mood, he delivered 12 medium size boxes and after he put them in our office, he complained that it was stupid to have to deliver 12 boxes to a business. If he doesn't like that maybe find a new line of work.
Left my package in the middle of the driveway and claimed it was at my door.
Great service and easy to ship what I needed to ship.
1/2 a star. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Paid for overnight shipping. It’s been 3 days. Went to the Apache location and have been sitting here for 3+ hours after talking to multiple employees giving me the run around and not telling me where my package is or when it will be here. Never will be using them again. Grievances will be filed.
50% failure rate on correct address, complete clown show.
