I wish Walmart WOULD STOP using FedEx!!!! I had two packages that never showed up Walmart refunded. The pictures looked like a feild never found. Now I have 3 packages that have been out for delivery since 9/3. 🙃 birthday presents for my husband birthday 9/3. It's amazing UPS showed up on time .. Phone calls are a joke once you get a human they don't speak English or are very hard to understand. So I called 8pm 9/3. I will never use FedEx to ever ship or receive a package. I have always had issue with them delivering on time, but this time was by far the worst. For 2 days in a row no delivery after being scheduled, finally showed that it was at this location. Called them to see if it was there, asked them if it was not going to be delivered then could I pick it up. Was told it was there, but was locked in the truck and was not going to be unlocked until the next day. So no way to have it delivered or picked up, after 2 days of it “being... read more

Park in the customer parking lot, you need to get buzzed in through a revolving gate. The people who work here actually work if they’re able to solve your problem or try and get your package from a truck, they will do it. Extremely appreciative of this location and the workers here. It’s nice to see people doing their job.

Oh man! Not good. Had to drive 45 mins to retrieve the pkg before it got sent back. Said 3 attempts - someone is ALWAYS home .... disappointed
