FedEx Rocks! Easy package pickup. Plenty of parking.
IF I COULD LEAVE A 0-STAR RATING I WOULD !!! About 2-months ago I had a package stolen from my front porch in broad daylight . In my area ,, there's a group of porch pirates (a.k.a BUMS) who target Amazon, FedEx && UPS trucks and follow them around all day . So due to the increase of stolen packages in my area , I decided to get a PO Box . Why a PO Box ?? Because it's the cheapest option , most of my packages get delivered thru USPS && because for whatever reason...these porch pirates aren't targeting USPS and DHL . Well lon... read more
They seriously need to update their tech. My package has been close to my place atleast 3 times. Refreshing their map serves no purpose. Once I logged out & pack in 2:40 turned into 8 pm. They were a street away hrs earlier. Adding to Carbon foot print & wasting more money in pay gas etc. That employees deserve more in pay or better health care. Seriously need to update their delivery methods & stop making drivers back trace where they already were.
My tracking shows a number of "attempted deliveries" yet not a single truck has even driven past my house. There is no sign on my front door indicating a missed delivery. This is a large and fairly heavy package, so is this just driver laziness? Absolutely unacceptable that there is no consumer recourse for bad service.
