These people suck. Twice now with packages not requiring a signature they have put a tag on my door and hauled ass like a ninja. And forget about customer service. It doesn’t exist. This is the nicest I can be about it.

Shoddy drivers and shoddy service. Can't begin to list the delays due to this location. We've stopped ordering from anyone that ships FedEx because these guys are so awful. Take your business anywhere else to get it there first.

We just had a delivery. My driveway is plowed. And 1000 worth of tires plus another package was delivered at the end of my driveway.This is unacceptable if my camera wouldn't have caught it this could have been stolen and I would have never known this driver even delivered. Should be in trouble for his laziness. It wouldnt let me upload the photo or I would have. Update : Spoke to someone at plant they are handling things they were very nice.

Package was left at public mailboxes in a trailer park. The package was sitting on top of the mailbox. Anyone could have taken the package. Luckily I was off work and was able to get it. This also happened less than a week ago same driver out of the Vandalia Oh. office. Driver name was Frank both times. My address with my lot number was clearly attached to the package. Never had any problems before with packages being delivered. I think they need to teach courses on how to read addresses.

I showed up here to pick up a package and the lady was so kind she called the correct place made sure they had my package and gave me printed out instructions to the correct place. I was still frustrated but should be the process so much easier.
