FedEx AI phone reception is beyond ridiculous, ludicrous and/or unacceptable. Who approves these things???
Didn’t deliver my package said box was empty. Obviously someone here worker or driver stole my IPhone and didn’t deliver. Will be making a police report!!!
FedEx had a good name but there is something very wrong with their Cypress location. I have ordered from 2 different companies packages in the last two months and when the package arrives in Cypress it is never seen again. FedEx needs to investigate this
