FedEx is getting to be more like our failing USPS. Late deliveries, inaccurate tracking and just plain ole bad service. In the past three months I have had half of my packages late!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FedEx Ground today. There were multiple failures in communication, inaccurate information provided by customer service, and unprofessional interactions that resulted in me wasting several hours of my day.
