This location is garbage. Package has been "delayed" at this location for over a week. No excuses for the delay. My package was probably stolen at this point. I will be getting legal involved and hopefully get someone to find my package. Ridiculous that so many people have the same issue.
Someone has to be stealing from this Cypress location. It is ridiculous if their so say investigation leads to the vendor sending out a third package that should have been delivered on 4/27 which was the original delivery date for the first package. After calling numerous times they had to reach out to the vendor to send a second package which was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and there still isn’t an update for it to be delivered per their excuse t was due to a multiple label issue.
