I had to do business with a lady named Tonice at this Fed X ground. She was very rude and disrespectful and call me a honky red neck and cursed at me.
I am formally escalating an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience regarding a package that was scheduled for delivery last Tuesday and is now four days overdue. This was not an insignificant shipment.
