Fedex Freight team is great to work with. Also do their best to keep our LTL Freight moving and deliver on time
Stay away from FedEx!!! They have really dropped off as far as customer service!
The drivers are incompetent. "Delivered"... see photos Update on the response from the owner bellow It's been 2 weeks since the company responded, and I have yet to hear from customer service. The text bellow from the owner has resulted in NO ACTION at this time. It appears these are just NICE WORDS from a company that wants to look like it cares while doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING, to keep bussiness coming in.
