Stay away from FedEx!!! They have really dropped off as far as customer service!
The drivers are incompetent. "Delivered"... see photos Update on the response from the owner bellow It's been 2 weeks since the company responded, and I have yet to hear from customer service. The text bellow from the owner has resulted in NO ACTION at this time. Delivered wrong shipment and telling its the correct and cant do anthing
While I dont seen to have problems with the freight and only occasionally rude delivery drivers the call center is horrible. The automated system is broken and has been since October 2021 - most of the people in the call center don't know how to do the job and are very hard to understand and the audio quality is awful.
