The truck was in poor condition, equal to the lowest of the local couriers. The driver didn't strap the pallet (because there are no straps on the truck) and the freight fell over. Now the headache of filing a claim. The lift gate was broken, requiring a second pallet jack and jumping up and down on it to get the freight on the ground.

If it’s possible to give zero stars I would. They wanted the customer to do their job unloading an 845 pound pallet of boxes for a bed. Was told they were figuring out options with seller and instead got a notification of delivery with a signature when in fact that never happened and was given no follow up phone call. Crystal specifically made that there wasn’t anything they were willing to do to help resolve the situation except have the seller contact customer service to add an additional driver. Very quick and easy process, Drove up to the gate, the security guard let me in, checked my ID and told me where to go. Once I made it to the main building, the front receptionist was pleasant and helpful. It took less than 10 minutes for them to grab my Treager grill that came on a pallet and put it in the bed of my truck. I signed the paperwork that I received the items and was on my way. Great experience! Remember, don't park on the outside, pull up to the gate first!!!

Worst service, terrible attitudes, high prices!! Please shop around as there are many different freight carriers to choose from. Have a nice day!
