This is the most pitiful, arrogant, lazy department of Fedex that I have ever experienced. I spent an entire week with various pickup numbers provided by Fedex, and with various pickup times, also provided by Fedex, trying to return a Zline appliance to Reno, NV. An entire week, and the item is still not picked up. When you ask for a pickup window you are told 8A to 3P, then nobody shows. We have been waiting over a week for a product that still has not arrived. I called, got someone overseas that stated I would get a call back - that was over a week ago. I called again - got nowhere. Fedex management I am surprised your standards are soo low. Not being able to get someone. This package, I was told I would get a call and pick-up, never happened was sent back to Georgia, then Yuma, then Texas, and we still have not received. Very sad - once such a good company.
The truck was in poor condition, equal to the lowest of the local couriers. The driver didn't strap the pallet (because there are no straps on the truck) and the freight fell over. Now the headache of filing a claim. The lift gate was broken, requiring a second pallet jack and jumping up and down on it to get the freight on the ground.
If it’s possible to give zero stars I would. They wanted the customer to do their job unloading an 845 pound pallet of boxes for a bed. Was told they were figuring out options with seller and instead got a notification of delivery with a signature when in fact that never happened and was given no follow up phone call. Crystal specifically made that there wasn’t anything they were willing to do to help resolve the situation except have the seller contact customer service to add an additional driver.
