Had a pick today and the driver was rude. He expected us to move the pallets in his truck with our forklift because he didn’t want to use a pallet jack. The driver name is Joe and he is terrible. Been dealing with this guys laziness for about 3 years and FedEx does nothing about it even when complaints are filed
Completely disgusted again with FedEx. Returned a package it was scanned and next stop Anaheim FedEx Distribution and Service center. Package sat there for 2 weeks. I have the tracking number, invoice, and their own website that show the package never left FedEx Aneheim. It was on $41 , so filed a claim and they said contact to LEVI jeans it ws not their problem. FedEx Service Center 1379 N MILLER ST. ANAHEIM , CA 92806-1412 Manager: SCOTT NGUYEN - Your managing skills are questionable.
