Excellent customer service.
My package was delayed for two days and on the day of that they're suppose to arrive it says "they attempted to deliver but no one was there". The delivery address was a store so there was someone present all day. When I called customer service, it's like talking to a brick wall and they would not let me talk to their supervisor. Really bad customer service and the service as well.
Confusion with my package. Two offices told me different information.
Due to COVID restrictions they are keeping the doors open but limiting contact. It can be difficult to communicate while on site but they coordinate well by phone. They move a lot of freight. Be patient and they will get yours loaded on or off your vehicle.
