The guard is new, didn't want me in but he did call dispatch and I got in to grab my set, otherwise everything else was good
Couldn't have had a better experience. Paula reached out to make arrangements long before the load arrived, and kept in touch with updates. When we arrived Seth not only brought out the crate he helped as much as he could by finding a crowbar and taking care of the excess material we pulled off the crate to fit it in a pick up truck. This was in nasty (cold, windy) weather. Truly appreciate the excellent service!
My package was supposed to be delivered by Friday, nope. Then Saturday between 9am and 1:30, nope. Then by the end of day, nope. Wasted my whole day sitting here waiting for them. The first question I will ask on my next online purchase is "do you use FedEx". If they do, I won't use them.
Very accommodating even at 6 pm on a Friday!
