Took 3 hour's to get loaded, and 5 hour's to get unloaded. That's a lot of hour's against your 14,I wasn't happy.

The guard is new, didn't want me in but he did call dispatch and I got in to grab my set, otherwise everything else was good
Couldn't have had a better experience. Paula reached out to make arrangements long before the load arrived, and kept in touch with updates. When we arrived Seth not only brought out the crate he helped as much as he could by finding a crowbar and taking care of the excess material we pulled off the crate to fit it in a pick up truck. This was in nasty (cold, windy) weather. Truly appreciate the excellent service!
