Where I live FedEx does alot of deliveries. The drivers are friendly, knowledgeable & hard working. But when I walk by one of your delivery trucks & look in since the doors are open & see the drivers seat all ripped up & I hear the brakes squawk when the driver brings the truck to a complete stop. The driver gets out all sweaty because the ac isn't working. I thought FedEx took care of their equipment? & the drivers. I'm a retired truck driver of 35 years. Yes I notice things. Wonderful service and Fast delivery
We receive FedEx Freight occasionally at my business, Pioneer Printing, and yesterday, the driver refused to pull into our driveway (other semis do it all the time), refused to load our order onto a hand truck and wheel it in from the street. My manager had to back his pick up to the semi, which blocked the driveway and put 4 cartons in the back of his truck. One of my employees also said that drivers won't unload the order when they do back up to the door. What kind of service is that? Pretty terrible.
