Sitting here waiting on a package I had to file a claim on because they damaged it and now I get to waste my Saturday/ day off waiting on this package again. I wonder how much they appreciate their customers.
Why does anyone even use this company? Why is it when i have a package get destroyed it is always fedex?
Can’t find pkg over 4 days and says it’s in desmoine Iowa. They can’t find it. Horrible. Never use fed ex. Supposed to be in Sioux Falls sd. Can’t trust them.

Was called to schedule a freight delivery, called them back and scheduled said delivery. Took time off work to be there for the delivery and it never came and I never received any further information telling me my delivery date had been changed. I called fedex freight and somehow, after awhile of fighting the automated answering system, managed to get a hold of customer service representative. Who then told me it was rescheduled for Monday, another day I work.
