Fast and Efficient service.. They made a pickup simple
Gave window of 4 hours to deliver so we paid an employee to sit and wait. After 5 hours he left to work on something else. 2 hours later the truck arrives and could not wait the 5 minutes to get back with a piece of equipment to unload the trailer. The driver used the lift gate to set our pallet on the ground and billed us $195.00. We will not pay this.
Driver Brian has failed to make delivery of 2 packages 2 days in a row.
