Female driver serving Thomson, Ga seriously needs to be replaced. She leaves packages only feet from the road. When she does take them to the porch, she slings the packages onto the porch.

We are Fedex Freight and are an LTL branch of FedEx and deliver palletized less than a trailer load. We don’t deliver individual packages. We are all direct employees of FedEx Corp. FedEx Ground are very hard working subcontractors who deliver individual packages and I apologize for service failures and at the price point are only above Amazon. When you pay for top tier services ie. FedEx Express, FedEx Freight, FedEx Custom Critical, and even a highly respected company like UPS, customer service is the priority.
