I ordered white leather they sent beige cloth. Fed Ex guy was delivering my neighbor an elliptical like mine. He scanned my boxes and said he could take the 2 boxes. He was awesome. Thanked him.

Full freight shipping facility. This is not a small package or letter store. There is a drop-box in the front lot, and they may take small packages inside for pick-up. Lot's of truck traffic entering and leaving during peak daylight hours. Customer parking in the front.
